About the company
We are a small Austin-owned boutique real estate firm located in Central Austin. The company is known for providing the highest level of customer service to clients buying or selling a home. We are looking for a detail-oriented administrative/marketing assistant, with a passion for serving others.
In addition to one-on-one access to the broker you will also participate in the Team Coaching program through Buffini and Company, Inc. The real estate firm offers attractive commission splits, based on experience and participation in the Buffini and Company training programs.
Ideally, we would love to mentor and sponsor an agent in the real estate business, while providing opportunities to host Open Houses, be a Showing Agent, assist Lease Clients, and other needs of the broker.
Required skills and experience:
• Mastery of Microsoft Office products including OneDrive, Outlook Word, Excel). Must know Microsoft Word and specifically know how to use Mail Merge or desire to learn how to use it well. Google Suite knowledge helpful.
• Graphic design experience is strongly desired – Adobe, Canva, etc.
• Mastery of “the Internet” - we use dozens of different online services to support our day-to-day business. These sites change all the time, and you need to be able to efficiently teach yourself how to navigate through them.
• A love for organizing and creating/following systems.
• Ability and/or experience creating process documents, collaborating with the broker to ensure accuracy.

Preferred skills and experience:
• Mastery of real estate platforms such as ACTRIS/MLS, Zipforms, DocuSign, RPR, etc.
• Texas Real Estate License (2+ years’ experience preferred.) and member of the Austin Board of Realtors in good standing.

· Coordinate with CEO for upcoming deadlines and deliverables such as marketing or events.
· Update leads and other tracking metrics in Excel-Online spreadsheets.
· Escalate customer issues and concerns to CEO or Field Operations Manager if needed.
Workplace information
Hours per week: 15+ hours per week, Monday through Friday, with flexibility on exact hours.
Opportunity for more hours as skill set is assessed.
Hourly rate: $25/hour, depending on experience, $30 per hour for current licensed real estate sales person. Potential for monthly bonuses based on agent’s gross sales.
Workplace: Hybrid work. In-person 1-2 times a week at first with remote work and google meets as needed.
Hiring manager works from a home office with an extra desk for the assistant. Would like to work together at least 1 to 2 times a week as we get started. Some remote work and google meets as needed. For remote work, high speed internet required. Office laptop to be provided and possibly a cell phone for office.
Employment Status: Contract employee with 1099.
