At Better Balance, we are creating more Flex Employee roles for the people and employers who want and need them.
How do we do this? We connect professionals who want to work less than 40 hours a week (also known as Flex Employees) with the Employers looking to hire them, with a focus on accounting, bookkeeping and administrative roles.
Our Mission is to:
- Help people find fulfilling part-time professional work, leveraging their experience, talents, and skills while maintaining a balance that fits all of their priorities.
- Help small to mid-size businesses hire top talent for key roles and in some cases educate them on the benefits of Flex Employees, the value they bring to the organization, and why people want and need this type of work.
In addition to connecting Employers with talented Flex Employees, we also assist with implementing a flex culture in the workplace, helping Employers to hire and retain top talent.
We are a values-driven organization and for us that starts with doing the right thing: honesty and integrity are at the heart of all we do.
